Job Description:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality code and meet project deadlines

• Design, architect, and oversee the development of secure and scalable platforms for fintech, financial services, and e-commerce solutions

• Collaborate with product managers, cybersecurity experts, and business teams to align technology initiatives with organizational goals

• Define and implement engineering best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery

• Monitor and manage system performance, uptime, and reliability across platforms and applications

• Drive innovation by researching, adopting, and integrating emerging technologies into development processes

• Oversee third-party and vendor integrations, ensuring adherence to security standards and regulatory compliance

• Support technical hiring, onboarding, and team growth to build a strong engineering culture

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in designing and building software systems within financial services or e-commerce environments

• In-depth knowledge of modern backend and frontend frameworks such as Node.js, Python, React, and Java

• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure

• Strong expertise in security best practices, payment systems, and API development and integration

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities with a track record of leading successful engineering teams

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
