Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and analytical Warehouse Personnel to join our operations team. You will be the steward of our physical inventory, ensuring that every item entering or leaving our facility is accounted for, tracked, and handled with care. If you are organized, comfortable with data, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision matters, this is the role for you.

Requirements:

• Stock Receipt: Receive incoming supplies, verifying quantities and ensuring goods are in perfect condition upon arrival.

• Stock Issuance: Accurately issue stock to sales representatives and customers, ensuring proper documentation for every transaction.

• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels in real-time, proactively identifying discrepancies to prevent stock loss or shortages.

• Documentation: Maintain meticulous warehouse records and filing systems to support audit and accounting requirements.

• Operations Support: Assist the inventory team in streamlining warehouse processes to improve efficiency and organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: B.Sc. or HND qualification in any related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory control role.

• Technical Skills: Compulsory proficiency in Microsoft Excel for stock tracking and reporting.

• Core Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

  • Exceptional documentation and organizational habits.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
