Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Analyst to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our inventory processes, ensuring product availability, and maintaining cost efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between production speed, market demand, and customer satisfaction through precise shipment scheduling and inventory oversight.

Requirements:

• Shipment Planning: Proactively schedule and revise shipment plans to ensure seamless product distribution and reliable order fulfillment.

• Inventory Optimization: Analyze inventory levels, production throughput, and fluctuating product demand to establish and maintain accurate reorder points, effectively balancing stock availability with holding costs.

• Reporting & Auditing: Generate comprehensive inventory reports, conduct regular cycle counts to verify stock accuracy, and perform periodic asset valuations.

• Operational Excellence: Apply standard industry practices and procedures to ensure inventory accuracy and operational compliance.

• Complex Analysis: Leverage your expertise to make informed inventory decisions, providing deeper analytical insights into high-complexity inventory management tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data and market trends.

• Proficiency in standard industry concepts and practices related to inventory control.

• Excellent organizational and reporting capabilities.

• Ability to work effectively with moderate supervision while demonstrating a high level of technical knowledge.
