Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Receiving & Warehouse Lead to optimize our warehouse operations and ensure seamless stock management. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of incoming inventory from receiving and verification to organized storage and accurate distribution.

Requirements:

• Inventory Receiving: Manage incoming supplier deliveries, verifying product condition, specifications, and quantities against purchase orders.

• Stock Tracking: Assign SKUs, maintain rigorous inventory records, and ensure all data is accurately updated in our ERP or inventory management software.

• Warehouse Optimization: Strategically organize storage to maximize space efficiency, workflow, and safety.

• Accuracy & Auditing: Conduct routine stock counts and reconciliation to monitor movement and proactively report discrepancies.

• Operations Coordination: Act as a key liaison between procurement and operations to ensure optimal stock availability.

• Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring full adherence to company procedures, safety standards, and inventory control best practices.

• Reporting: Generate regular inventory and performance reports to support operational decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: SSCE, NCE, or ND.

• Experience: 1–3 years in inventory management, warehouse operations, stock control, or a related field.

• Core Competencies:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work effectively under minimal supervision.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Experience with ERP systems or dedicated Inventory Management software.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
