Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead our daily fulfillment operations in Lagos. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will be the driving force behind our fulfillment hub, managing a high-performing team to ensure that e-commerce orders are processed with precision, speed, and reliability. This is a vital role for anyone passionate about logistics, tech-enabled operations, and the fast-paced world of e-commerce fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end fulfillment cycle—from receiving and inventory put-away to picking, packing, and dispatch—while proactively resolving operational bottlenecks to meet strict SLAs.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and motivate warehouse operatives. Foster a culture of accountability and high-speed accuracy, providing coaching and regular performance feedback.

• Inventory Integrity: Utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track real-time stock, lead regular cycle counts, perform audits, and reconcile physical inventory discrepancies.

• Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce rigorous safety, labeling, and storage standards to protect both staff and merchant goods. Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure facility-wide policy compliance.

• Process Optimization: Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, implement best practices, and generate operational reports to provide management with actionable insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 3–5 years in a warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment environment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead position.

• Education: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), e-commerce platforms, and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.

• Logistics Expertise: Solid understanding of fulfillment operations, inventory management, and last-mile logistics.

• Core Competencies: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational demands.
