Job Description:

THESHOPTHERA LIMITED is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory Operations Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our stock control and operational excellence, ensuring that our inventory remains accurate and our supply chain processes run seamlessly. Requirements:

  • Stock Management: Support daily inventory control and stock management activities, ensuring all products are tracked from receipt to dispatch.

  • Inventory Accuracy: Maintain high standards of inventory organization and cleanliness in all storage areas. Monitor stock movement daily to ensure records remain 100% accurate.

  • Operational Audits: Actively participate in regular inventory verification, cycle counts, and internal operational audits.

  • Discrepancy Resolution: Identify, document, and escalate any stock discrepancies immediately. Assist in root-cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions.

  • Process Improvement: Support the continuous improvement of inventory workflows to enhance operational speed and efficiency.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (including sales, warehouse, and procurement) to facilitate smooth business operations and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management is highly preferred.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Attention to Detail: An exceptional ability to notice errors and maintain accurate, detailed records.

    • Analytical Skills: Ability to reconcile stock data and identify patterns or discrepancies.

    • Organization: Strong capability in managing multiple tasks and maintaining a structured, orderly work environment.

    • Communication: Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

    • Reliability: A highly organized and dependable approach to daily operational duties.

Salary

₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month
