Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven B2C Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our multi-site warehouse operations across Nigeria. You will be the engine behind our fulfillment process, ensuring that storage, handling, and last-mile dispatch are executed with maximum efficiency. This role is perfect for a leader who can drive inventory accuracy, optimize operational costs, and foster a culture of safety and high performance in a fast-paced B2C environment.

Requirements:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage end-to-end inbound, storage, and outbound processes across all B2C locations to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

  • Inventory Control: Maintain 100% stock accuracy by implementing rigorous cycle counts, reconciliation protocols, and effective stock management systems.

  • Fulfillment Excellence: Optimize picking, packing, and dispatch workflows to meet aggressive service level agreements (SLAs) and customer delivery targets.

  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in warehouse layout and productivity to enhance output.

  • Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and build a high-performing team of warehouse supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of accountability.

  • Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. Professional certification in Warehouse Management or Supply Chain is a major advantage.

  • Experience: 5–8 years of experience in warehouse/logistics. FMCG environment experience is strongly preferred.

  • Leadership: Proven track record in managing multi-site or large-scale warehouse operations and leading diverse teams.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Deep expertise in warehouse distribution, storage, and inventory control techniques.

    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and act upon operational KPIs.

    • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on coaching and motivation.

    • Ability to handle high-pressure environments and complex logistical challenges.
