Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Officer to join our team in Lekki. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end inventory process, ensuring accurate stock tracking, efficient distribution, and seamless reconciliation between supply records and purchase orders. This role is ideal for a numerically skilled professional who enjoys clerical operations and has a strong aptitude for planning and systematic stock management.

Requirements:

• Inventory Control: Maintain, record, and track stock levels with high precision; prepare and draw up comprehensive inventory reports.

• Operations Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods, ensuring all transactions are backed by appropriate requisition forms.

• Procurement Support: Fulfill purchase orders promptly and verify incoming supplies against invoices and purchase orders to ensure accuracy.

• Distribution Oversight: Monitor stock distribution processes and maintain up-to-date documentation to ensure stock availability.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: HND or Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution.

• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.

• Skills:

  • Strong numeracy skills with a high level of accuracy.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.

  • Sharp attention to detail.

  • Genuine enjoyment of clerical and administrative duties.

• Logistics: While the role is based in Lekki, please note that proximity to Surulere is a key requirement for this position.
