Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee the end-to-end flow of goods, from receipt and storage to dispatch, ensuring maximum efficiency at every point of use. You will serve as the primary liaison between our operations and our vendors, ensuring our supply chain remains seamless and highly productive.

Requirements:

• Operational Coordination: Manage the receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods, optimizing logistics to meet organizational demands.

• Vendor Liaison: Maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable service delivery and efficient procurement.

• Inventory Control: Implement and maintain a rigorous system for accurate stock keeping, ensuring zero discrepancies and the proactive prevention of loss or damage.

• Forecasting & Planning: Analyze usage patterns to forecast inventory needs and plan procurement cycles to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

• Leadership & Training: Coach and mentor warehouse staff on best practices for inventory management, safety, and operational excellence.

• Reporting: Maintain precise and timely daily, weekly, and monthly records to track performance and stock movement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: B.Sc. or HND in a relevant discipline (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields).

• Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or supply chain operations.

Required Skills

• Technical & Analytical: Strong numerical skills, logical reasoning, and proficiency in inventory management software.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

• Managerial: Strong leadership capabilities to supervise staff, coupled with excellent time management and interpersonal skills to handle daily warehouse challenges effectively.
