Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on and organized Warehouse / Logistics Manager to oversee our storage, handling, and distribution operations in Ogba. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth flow of goods, ensuring accurate inventory records, and supervising the daily warehouse team to meet operational deadlines. If you are detail-oriented and have the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you.

Requirements:

• Operations Oversight: Manage the end-to-end storage, handling, and distribution of goods to ensure efficient warehouse throughput.

• Inventory Accuracy: Maintain rigorous inventory management systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and stock reconciliation.

• Warehouse Safety: Enforce strict health and safety standards to maintain a clean, secure, and organized warehouse environment at all times.

• Logistics Supervision: Directly supervise loading, offloading, and dispatch processes, ensuring all shipments are accurate and timely.

• Team Leadership: Monitor staff performance, assign daily tasks, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: OND, HND, or B.Sc. degree in any relevant field.

• Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.

• Skills: Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Core Competencies: Excellent attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to effectively supervise operational staff.

• Location: Must be based in or around Ogba, Lagos.
