Core responsibilities
- Own email triage, drafting, and stakeholder coordination so communication stays crisp
- Run my calendar across time zones, align meetings to priorities, and secure preparation materials in advance
- Build and maintain project plans in ClickUp or Airtable with clear timelines, dependencies, and KPIs
- Capture meeting notes, assign action items, and chase completion until done
- Draft slide decks, memos, and simple financial models that aid decision making
- Conduct quick research on markets, vendors, or regulations and summarize insights
- Continuously propose and implement process improvements that increase operating leverage
Requirements:
- 1+ years supporting senior leadership in a scale up, consultancy, or similar high velocity setting
- Expert level proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp or equivalent, and data tools like Airtable
- Fluent written and spoken English with an eye for tone and nuance
- Strong project management discipline and comfort holding others accountable
- Discretion with confidential information and sound judgment under pressure
Qualifications and Skills:
- Familiarity with finance basics and light modelling in Sheets
- Experience coordinating cross-border teams or vendors
- Exposure to travel, logistics, or technology sectors
