Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber and vision-oriented Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer (CHRAO) to anchor our executive leadership team. In a complex and evolving business landscape, success is defined by "Human Capital Optimization", the ability to harmonize high-performance workforce systems with rigid administrative governance. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is designed for a "Strategic Culture Architect" with 5–10 years of experience who can blend "HR Governance Mastery" with the "Operational Grit" required to lead large-scale administrative and corporate services.
Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Workforce Productivity and Operational Excellence." You will be the primary steward of the organization’s most vital asset: responsible for end-to-end talent sovereignty, workforce planning, and the execution of a high-performance culture. If you possess "Executive Leadership Presence," a track record of managing multi-location workforces, and the ability to align HR strategy with the organization's overarching business goals, we want you to drive our corporate evolution.
Requirements:
1. Human Capital Strategy & Talent Sovereignty
Strategic Alignment: Develop and implement a comprehensive human capital strategy that directly supports the CEO’s vision and long-term business objectives.
Talent Acquisition Architecture: Lead high-fidelity recruitment and development initiatives to attract, retain, and scale top-tier talent across the organization.
Succession Engineering: Build a robust leadership pipeline to ensure business continuity and long-term organizational stability.
2. Performance Governance & Organizational Development
High-Performance Culture: Design and oversee performance management systems that drive accountability, productivity, and merit-based growth.
Workforce Intelligence: Execute strategic workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels and skill distribution across all locations.
Change Leadership: Act as the lead champion for organizational development and business transformation, ensuring the workforce remains resilient and adaptable.
3. Administrative Sovereignty & Corporate Services
Operational Efficiency: Oversee corporate services and administrative governance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and resource optimization.
Systems Management: Implement and manage advanced administrative systems that improve workflow transparency and reduce operational overhead.
Vendor & Facility Oversight: Lead the management of corporate facilities and vendor relationships to ensure a world-class working environment.
4. Compliance, Culture & Risk Governance
HR Governance: Ensure the organization maintains a state of "Perpetual Compliance" with all labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies.
Employee Relations Mastery: Foster a positive, inclusive, and transparent organizational culture, serving as the final arbiter for complex employee relations issues.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and resolve human capital risks, protecting the organization’s reputation and legal standing.
