Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and detail-oriented Admin/Facilities Coordinator to anchor our office operations in Anambra. In a high-functioning corporate environment, success is defined by "Operational Fluidity", the ability to harmonize complex records management with the rigorous oversight of physical assets and facility maintenance. This role is designed for an "Infrastructure Architect" with 1–3 years of experience who can blend "Meticulous Documentation" with the "Logistics Grit" required to manage vendor works and utility tracking.
Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Facility Readiness and Administrative Order." You will be the primary steward of the office ecosystem: responsible for asset tracking, logistics coordination, and acting as the first line of defense for facility repairs. If you possess "Strong Communication Skills," a background in Business Administration, and a proactive approach to resource management, we want you to drive our operational sovereignty.
Requirements:
1. Information Governance & Asset Stewardship
Records Sovereignty: Maintain high-fidelity filing systems, archives, and administrative trackers, ensuring all asset registers are updated with millimetric accuracy.
Supply Intelligence: Execute proactive tracking of office and critical supplies, ensuring "Zero-Out-of-Stock" scenarios through timely restocking.
Reporting Fidelity: Prepare professional documents, reports, and meeting minutes that provide management with a clear view of administrative health.
2. Facility Oversight & Utility Governance
Maintenance Mastery: Act as the primary lead for reporting facility faults, supervising minor vendor repairs, and ensuring the premises reflect corporate standards.
Utility Analytics: Monitor monthly utility usage and contribute to the preparation of expense reports to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Physical Security: Support the general oversight of the facility, ensuring all operational systems (power, water, and infrastructure) are functioning optimally.
3. Logistics & Workflow Coordination
Movement Orchestration: Support the logistics engine, including vehicle scheduling, staff travel arrangements, and the seamless coordination of deliveries.
Strategic Reporting: Deliver weekly admin reports and summary trackers to the Head of Admin, highlighting operational wins and maintenance requirements.
Operational Flexibility: Manage daily administrative tasks with the ability to handle extended hours when critical facility or logistics needs arise.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: OND / HND / BSc Degree in Business Administration, Office Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of proven success in general administrative or office support roles.
Certification: Professional admin certification is considered a distinct advantage.
