Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber and professional Front Desk Officer to anchor our patient reception and clinical coordination in Lagos. In a premium dental practice, success is defined by "Clinical Hospitality", the ability to provide a serene, painless, and professional experience from the moment a patient enters the facility. This role is designed for a "Service Ambassador" who can blend "High-Level Interpersonal Diplomacy" with the "Administrative Precision" required to manage specialized medical scheduling and communication hubs.
Your mission is to ensure "Zero-Friction Patient Onboarding and Absolute Front-Office Order." You will be the face of the practice: responsible for managing the brand’s physical presence, orchestrating complex treatment calendars, and serving as the primary liaison between our specialists and our patients. If you possess "Excellent Communication Skills," a professional demeanor, and a proactive approach to office management, we want you to drive our operational excellence.
Requirements:
1. Patient Sovereignty & Reception Diplomacy
Brand Representation: Greet, welcome, and direct patients with the highest degree of professionalism, ensuring they feel a sense of "Peace of Mind" and care.
Visitor Management: Coordinate the flow of guests and patients within the facility, maintaining a calm and elegant environment conducive to healthcare excellence.
Service Advocacy: Communicate our variety of treatment plans and "No-Pain" procedures effectively to incoming patients and inquiries.
2. Communication & Calendar Orchestration
Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and redirect high-priority phone calls; manage all digital correspondence and patient messages with speed and accuracy.
Strategic Scheduling: Manage complex appointment calendars for various specialists and treatment units, ensuring zero overlaps and optimized clinical throughput.
Logistics Coordination: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming medical mail and packages, ensuring critical supplies reach the appropriate units immediately.
3. Administrative Intelligence & Support
Data Integrity: Perform high-fidelity data entry, filing, and document preparation to support clinical and administrative workflows.
Technical Proficiency: Utilize MS Office and modern office equipment to streamline daily operations and reporting.
Facility Support: Oversee the organization of the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, professional, and reflective of the brand’s standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma; candidates with an HND or BSc are preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in a front desk, hospitality, or clinical reception role is a distinct advantage.
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
