Job Description:
We are seeking a high-precision and strategically organized Office Administrator to anchor our corporate operations in Lagos. In a fast-paced business environment, success is defined by "Administrative Fluidity", the ability to harmonize staff supervision, executive support, and fiscal documentation into a seamless operational engine. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with 3–7 years of experience who can blend "Leadership Grit" with the "Analytical Rigor" required to manage budgets and personnel databases.
Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Administrative Order and Executive Support Excellence." You will be the primary engine of the office: responsible for dividing staff responsibilities for peak performance, managing high-level agendas, and maintaining the integrity of our financial and personnel records. If you possess "Exceptional Reporting Skills," a background in Business Administration, and a proactive approach to resource management, we want you to drive our operational sovereignty.
Requirements:
1. Leadership & Personnel Governance
Staff Supervision: Oversee administrative personnel, strategically dividing responsibilities to optimize performance and ensure a high-output office culture.
Information Architecture: Create and update high-fidelity databases and records containing personnel, financial, and operational data.
Correspondence Sovereignty: Manage all incoming and outgoing communication—including phone calls, emails, and packages—ensuring professional and timely distribution.
2. Executive & Logistics Orchestration
Agenda Management: Serve as the primary coordinator for upper management, orchestrating complex agendas, appointments, and high-priority travel arrangements.
Presentation Intelligence: Prepare high-impact presentations and proposals, translating operational data into clear narratives for executive decision-making.
Reporting Fidelity: Submit timely and accurate reports that reflect the status of office projects and administrative health.
3. Fiscal Stewardship & Resource Management
Financial Support: Provide rigorous support for budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, ensuring all administrative spending aligns with company policy.
Inventory Governance: Execute proactive tracking of office supplies, managing stock levels and placing orders to ensure "Zero-Disruption" in daily operations.
Documentation Integrity: Ensure all administrative filing meets corporate compliance standards for both digital and physical records.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, OND, NCE, or Master’s Degree. (Minimum FSLC required).
Experience: 3–7 years of robust work experience in administrative or office management roles.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in modern office management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
