Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy and detail-oriented Administrative Intern to anchor our executive and brand operations in Ibadan. In a fast-paced business environment—particularly within the fashion and creative sectors success is defined by "Administrative Fluidity", the ability to manage the CEO’s high-level priorities while maintaining the operational rhythm of the office. This role is designed for a "Strategic Support Specialist" who can blend "Executive Diplomacy" with the "Organizational Grit" required to coordinate vendors and internal teams.
Your mission is to ensure "Zero-Friction Executive Support and Absolute Operational Order." You will be the primary engine behind the CEO’s daily success: responsible for high-stakes scheduling, brand documentation, and professional representation. Requirements:
1. Executive Diplomacy & CEO Support
Strategic Assistance: Provide high-fidelity support to the CEO, managing a complex calendar and ensuring executive priorities are met with 100% reliability.
Confidentiality Governance: Handle sensitive business information and executive correspondence with the highest level of professional ethics and discretion.
Meeting Orchestration: Coordinate high-value meetings, ensuring agendas are set, participants are aligned, and minutes are accurately documented.
2. Brand Stewardship & Documentation
Records Engineering: Maintain meticulous records of brand activities, project timelines, and business documentation to support long-term growth.
Internal Coordination: Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring that directives are communicated clearly and followed up on promptly.
Information Flow: Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring that the work environment remains professional, organized, and conducive to productivity.
3. Logistics & Vendor Management
External Relations: Assist in coordinating with vendors and external partners, ensuring that service delivery meets the brand’s standards.
Task Versatility: Take initiative on special projects and assigned tasks, demonstrating a willingness to learn the end-to-end mechanics of a fashion-oriented business.
Operational Readiness: Ensure that the physical and digital office infrastructure is always ready to support daily business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Open to recent graduates or students (OND/HND/B.Sc.) in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields.
Interest Area: A genuine passion for Fashion, Business Management, or Entrepreneurship.
Competency: Strong organizational skills with a "Professional-First" attitude.
Core Competencies
