Requirements:
1. Route Execution & Sales Growth
Direct Sales: Drive the company van through assigned territories to sell and deliver our portfolio of products directly to retail and wholesale customers.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly volume and value targets.
Customer Development: Identify and onboard new retail outlets while maintaining high-trust relationships with existing customers.
2. Financial & Vehicle Accountability
Payment Collection: Ensure 100% accuracy in payment collections and maintain a transparent record of all sales transactions.
Reporting: Submit detailed daily and weekly reports on sales volume, stock levels, and market feedback.
Asset Maintenance: Take full responsibility for the assigned van, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and serviced regularly. Report any mechanical issues immediately.
3. Market Visibility & Service
Merchandising: Ensure our products are prominently displayed and well-stocked at every customer location.
Customer Service: Address customer complaints and inquiries with a professional, solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Documentation
Academic Minimum: OND in any discipline.
Driver’s Credentials: Valid Driver’s License and a valid LASDRI Card (for candidates in Lagos) are mandatory.
Proven Tenure: Minimum of 1 year of experience specifically in Van Sales within the FMCG or beverage industry.
Core Competencies
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Independence: Ability to work autonomously in the field while maintaining high levels of discipline.
Technical Literacy: Basic ability to record sales data and use digital reporting tools if required.
