Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you are the first point of contact for potential property investors and homeowners. You will be responsible for managing high-volume outbound calls to convert leads into site visits and, ultimately, closed sales. The ideal candidate possesses a "hunter" mindset, exceptional persuasion skills, and the resilience to handle the fast-paced nature of real estate transactions. Requirements:
1. Lead Conversion & Outbound Prospecting
High-Volume Engagement: Manage a consistent flow of outbound and inbound calls, maintaining a professional and persuasive demeanor at all times.
Lead Qualification: Identify high-potential prospects by understanding their investment capacity, location preferences, and timeline for purchase.
Appointment Setting: Drive the sales funnel by securing commitments for physical or virtual site inspections with our field sales team.
2. Negotiation & Sales Closing
Persuasive Pitching: Communicate the value proposition of our real estate projects, highlighting ROI, amenities, and structural integrity.
Objection Handling: Confidently navigate concerns regarding pricing, documentation, and market volatility to guide prospects toward a purchase.
Closing Strategy: Implement results-driven closing techniques to meet and consistently exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
3. CRM Management & Reporting
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, lead statuses, and sales activities within our CRM or call management system.
Pipeline Management: Systematically follow up with "warm" leads to ensure no opportunity is lost through the sales cycle.
Market Feedback: Report on common customer objections and market trends to help the marketing team refine lead generation strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience & Industry Knowledge
Proven Tenure: Demonstrated experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer-facing sales.
Real Estate Advantage: Previous experience in a real estate firm is a significant advantage.
Target Achievement: A documented track record of meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas.
Core Competencies
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
Technical Literacy: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
