Job Description:

Are you a natural communicator with a passion for sustainable energy? We are looking for a proactive Direct Sales Officer to serve as the face of our brand within local neighborhoods and communities. In this role, you will bridge the gap between renewable energy technology and everyday household needs. This is not just a sales job; it is a community-building role where you will identify prospects through door-to-door engagement, local events, and grassroots outreach. Requirements:

1. Grassroots Prospecting & Outreach

  • Active Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through community outreach, social gatherings, and door-to-door engagement.

  • Neighborhood Networking: Build and leverage high-trust relationships with local businesses, households, and community groups to create a steady stream of referrals.

  • Follow-up Excellence: Rigorously track and follow up on initial leads to ensure high conversion rates.

2. Technical Presentation & Closing

  • Product Demonstrations: Confidently present renewable energy solutions, explaining technical features in simple, benefit-driven language.

  • Negotiation & Conversion: Guide prospects through the purchase decision, negotiate terms where applicable, and consistently meet monthly revenue targets.

  • Tailored Solutions: Understand the specific energy needs of different households to customize your sales pitch for maximum impact.

3. Market Intelligence & Relationship Management

  • Customer Stewardship: Address customer concerns promptly post-sale to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.

  • Competitor Tracking: Monitor local market trends and competitor activities, providing weekly feedback and reports to management.

  • Brand Activation: Participate in grassroots marketing campaigns and brand activations to increase visibility in assigned territories.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Background

  • Academic Minimum: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).

  • Industry Interest: A demonstrable passion for renewable energy and sustainable development.
