Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and commercially minded Sales Coordinator to act as the central nervous system of our sales department. In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring that leads are tracked, targets are monitored, and customer relationships are nurtured with precision. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our CRM, preparing critical performance reports, and identifying new market opportunities. Requirements:
1. Sales Operations & CRM Management
Lead Orchestration: Coordinate daily sales activities and ensure rigorous follow-up on all leads, inquiries, and customer requests.
Data Integrity: Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems to ensure "one version of the truth" for all client interactions.
Documentation: Manage the end-to-end documentation for sales transactions, contracts, and service agreements to ensure legal and financial compliance.
2. Performance Tracking & Analytics
KPI Monitoring: Track individual and team sales targets, providing real-time visibility into performance against established goals.
Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare detailed sales forecasts, annual budgets, and comprehensive performance reports for senior management.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable insights to help the team adjust sales tactics dynamically.
3. Strategic Support & Business Development
Client Stewardship: Identify new business opportunities and build high-trust relationships with key stakeholders and corporate clients.
Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing and product teams to refine customer acquisition strategies and improve retention rates.
Event Coordination: Lead the logistics for sales events, product promotions, and industry exhibitions to maximize brand visibility.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven Tenure: Significant work experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales-support leadership role.
Geographic Preference: Candidates from Lagos and the Western region of Nigeria are strongly encouraged to apply.
Technical & Soft Skills
Software Mastery: High proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Expert-level Excel is essential).
Communication: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical Prowess: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and solve operational bottlenecks.
