We are seeking a dynamic, highly persuasive, and professionally poised Real Estate Advisor / Sales Associate to join our elite sales team. In this role, you are more than a salesperson; you are a strategic consultant helping clients navigate the most significant financial decisions of their lives. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle—from aggressive lead generation and property valuations to expert negotiation and closing. Requirements:
1. Lead Generation & Relationship Management
Prospecting & Networking: Proactively identify and acquire new leads through cold calling, networking events, and digital marketing outreach.
Client Advisory: Act as a dedicated advisor, matching client investment goals and lifestyle needs with the most suitable residential or commercial properties.
Database Governance: Maintain a robust CRM pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and nurturing of long-term "hot" and "warm" prospects.
2. Property Marketing & Sales Execution
Expert Presentations: Conduct high-impact property viewings and tours, highlighting the unique value propositions, architectural features, and investment potential of each listing.
Market Intelligence: Conduct Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to help sellers price their properties competitively and buyers make informed offers.
Closing & Negotiation: Masterfully handle objections and lead complex price negotiations to secure the best possible terms for your clients.
3. Transactional & Legal Oversight
Due Diligence: Guide clients through the technicalities of property titles, survey plans, and payment structures.
Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with lawyers, surveyors, and mortgage providers to ensure a seamless "handover" process for the client.
Brand Representation: Maintain a pristine professional image, ensuring all marketing materials and communications reflect the premium standards of the company.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience & Skills
Proven Tenure: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in high-ticket sales (Real Estate, Luxury Goods, or Financial Services).
Technical Mastery: Familiarity with property valuation methods and real estate legal documentation.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to persuade and influence.
Tech Savviness: Proficient in using CRM software, social media for business, and Google Workspace.
