Job Description:
- We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence.
- In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales lifecycle from proactive prospecting and data-driven targeting to closing complex deals.
- You will become an expert in the Sabre product suite, translating technical features into actionable business value for travel agencies and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Prospecting & Pipeline Management:
- Lead Generation: Proactively prospect, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities to ensure a robust revenue stream.
- CRM Excellence: Maintain a comprehensive and continually updated sales pipeline within SPC (Sabre Partner Connection) or designated CRM.
- Market Targeting: Analyze and manipulate internal and external data to extract meaningful insights for high-precision customer targeting.
Strategy & Proposal Development:
- Solution Selling: Develop tailored sales strategies and generate high-impact proposals that meet specific client objectives.
- RFP Management: Lead the response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring technical and commercial requirements are met.
- Product Expertise: Stay ahead of the curve on the Sabre product line and relevant third-party integrations to deliver compelling pitches.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Performance Insights: Prepare detailed sales reports and provide data-backed suggestions to optimize the pipeline and boost overall profitability.
- Business Intelligence: Use data-driven insights to refine sales tactics and identify emerging market trends.
