Job Description:

Thrive Green Media is looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution. This is a role for a "funnel architect"—someone who understands how to orchestrate content, lead magnets, and platform performance to generate high-quality inbound leads. You will own the entire campaign lifecycle, ensuring that our messaging is consistent, our data is actionable, and our conversion rates are constantly climbing. Requirements:

1. Campaign Orchestration & Funnel Management

  • End-to-End Execution: Plan and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring all moving parts—from emails to social media—work in harmony.

  • Lead Magnet Mastery: Design and manage lead magnets to capture prospect data, focusing on qualifying and converting those leads into sales-ready opportunities.

  • Performance Optimization: Constantly A/B test campaign elements to improve engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics.

2. Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor daily/weekly performance metrics and translate raw data into actionable insights for the executive team.

  • Process Documentation: Maintain rigorous marketing calendars and documentation of successful processes to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • Reporting: Prepare detailed campaign performance reports that highlight ROI, lead quality, and platform-specific engagement.

3. Team Leadership & Creative Collaboration

  • Creative Alignment: Brief and collaborate with the creative team to ensure visuals and copy are perfectly aligned with campaign goals.

  • Mentorship: Lead and provide constructive feedback to a small support team (interns), ensuring they meet execution standards and deadlines.

  • Tool Management: Oversee the stack of digital tools used for scheduling, email marketing automation, and analytics.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience & Skills

  • Proven Execution: Entry-level to early-career experience in marketing execution, content operations, or social media coordination.

  • Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex timelines and multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to read data patterns and implement optimization strategies without constant supervision.

Technical & Personal Attributes

  • Digital Proficiency: Hands-on experience with scheduling tools, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit), and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).

  • Mindset: Highly reliable, performance-driven, and capable of operating with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

  • Leadership: Ability to manage and delegate tasks effectively to a small team.
