Requirements:

1. Aggressive Subscriber Acquisition

  • Field Dominance: Execute direct sales activities through neighborhood storms, kiosks, roadshows, and mobile activation campaigns to acquire new subscribers.

  • Onboarding Excellence: Assist customers with seamless SIM registration, device configuration, and service activation, ensuring a positive first-day experience.

  • Product Education: Act as a consultant, helping customers choose the best data plans, tariffs, and broadband solutions tailored to their lifestyle.

2. Performance & Revenue Generation

  • Target Attainment: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas for SIM cards, data bundles, and voice services.

  • Brand Advocacy: Support large-scale promotional campaigns and brand activations to increase market share in assigned territories.

  • Record Management: Maintain meticulous logs of sales transactions and customer data to ensure accurate commission tracking and reporting.

3. Market Intelligence & Compliance

  • Insight Gathering: Collect real-time customer feedback and competitor pricing trends to help the marketing team refine our value proposition.

  • Ethical Standards: Adhere strictly to company sales processes and regulatory requirements (such as NCC guidelines) for customer data privacy and SIM registration.

  • Agile Learning: Participate in intensive training modules covering sales psychology, telecom technology, and digital tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

Eligibility & Experience

  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree or HND in any discipline.

  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of work experience (Fresh graduates and current NYSC members are highly encouraged to apply).

  • Service Status: NYSC completed or currently in progress.
