Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Telemarketer who excels at the intersection of social media engagement and lead generation. Unlike traditional telemarketing, this role focuses on "social selling"—using persuasive digital communication to build relationships and convert online interactions into high-quality leads. You will be the voice of our brand across social platforms, turning comments into conversations and messages into sales opportunities. This is an ideal role for a proactive communicator who understands social algorithms and thrives on hitting engagement and conversion targets.
Requirements:
1. Social Selling & Audience Engagement
Active Engagement: Proactively engage with followers and prospects on social media, using a professional and persuasive tone to drive brand interest.
Inbound Management: Respond rapidly to direct messages (DMs), comments, and inquiries, acting as a digital concierge to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
Content Alignment: Create and share bite-sized, engaging content (replies, stories, or posts) designed specifically to trigger audience interaction and lead capture.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion
Lead Qualification: Collaborate with the sales team to filter social interactions, identifying high-intent prospects and moving them into the formal sales pipeline.
Conversion Tracking: Monitor social media performance and track engagement metrics (CTR, Response Rate, Lead Quality) to measure the success of digital strategies.
Market Intelligence: Identify emerging social trends and opportunities to improve brand visibility and stay ahead of competitors.
3. Data Management & Optimization
CRM Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of all digital interactions and engagement outcomes to ensure no lead is dropped.
Process Improvement: Continuously refine communication scripts and engagement tactics based on audience feedback and performance data.
Qualifications and Skills:
Skills & Mindset
Communication Mastery: Exceptional writing and persuasion skills; ability to convey brand value concisely in a digital format.
Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook) and their respective analytics tools.
Autonomy: Highly motivated to work independently and consistently meet lead generation targets.
Education: Open to graduates and current NYSC Corps Members with a passion for digital marketing.
Experience (Preferred)
Prior experience in social media management, digital customer service, or telemarketing.
Familiarity with social listening tools or basic CRM software.
