Job Description:
Cluxmedia is seeking a high-energy, performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to architect and manage high-impact campaigns for our internal brand and our diverse portfolio of clients. In this role, you will be the engine behind our digital growth, responsible for turning complex business objectives into high-converting funnels. You will navigate the balance between Meta and Google advertising, organic growth, and advanced analytics. This role is built for an agency-minded professional who can juggle multiple accounts, hit aggressive KPIs, and translate raw data into strategic client reports.
Requirements:
1. Full-Funnel Campaign Strategy
Strategic Planning: Develop cross-platform marketing plans aligned with specific client goals, whether they be lead generation, e-commerce sales, or brand awareness.
Funnel Optimization: Design and refine customer journeys, ensuring that traffic from paid ads translates into qualified leads and sales.
Internal & External Growth: Manage the digital presence for Cluxmedia’s internal services alongside client-facing projects across various industries.
2. Paid Media & Performance Growth
Multi-Platform Execution: Masterfully manage paid advertising across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube), and LinkedIn.
Budget Stewardship: Oversee ad budgets with precision, ensuring every Naira spent maximizes ROI and minimizes Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Creative Iteration: Lead A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments to identify winning combinations and scale performance.
3. Analytics, Reporting & CRM Integration
Data Intelligence: Track campaign health using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards.
Performance Reporting: Prepare insight-heavy weekly and monthly reports that don't just show numbers, but provide actionable recommendations for clients.
System Synergy: Collaborate with Sales and Design teams to ensure lead flow is seamless and marketing assets are optimized for high conversion.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Experience
Tenure: 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a focus on paid media.
Agency Background: Prior experience in a marketing or digital agency is highly preferred.
Platform Mastery: Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Lead Generation funnels.
Core Competencies
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and turn it into a narrative that clients can understand.
Multi-Tasking: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously without losing focus on detail.
