Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber Personal Brand Manager & Content Creator to act as the creative engine and strategic architect behind a growing personal brand. This is not a typical "social media posting" job; it is a role for a storyteller who understands how to translate a person’s life, expertise, and vision into a cohesive digital identity. You will be responsible for end-to-end content production—from high-energy Reels and TikToks to thought-leadership posts on LinkedIn. If you are an expert at capturing "the vibe," mastering algorithms, and using AI tools to multiply your creative output, this is the role for you.

Requirements:

1. Brand Architecture & Strategy

• Strategic Positioning: Define and protect the brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.

• Content Ecosystem: Develop a multi-platform strategy that ensures the brand is relevant on LinkedIn (professional), TikTok (trending), and Instagram (aesthetic).

• AI Integration: Leverage tools like ChatGPT and automation to streamline copywriting, ideation, and workflow efficiency.

2. Multimedia Content Production

• Short-Form Video: Script, film, and edit high-impact Reels, TikToks, and Stories using CapCut or Adobe Premiere.

• Visual Design: Create professional carousels and graphics using Canva or Adobe Suite that align with the brand’s visual guidelines.

• Copywriting: Write compelling, platform-specific captions that drive engagement and reflect the personal brand’s unique personality.

3. Community Growth & Analytics

• Community Management: Foster deep connections by managing DMs and comments, turning followers into a loyal community.

• Algorithm Mastery: Monitor platform trends and algorithm shifts to ensure content reaches its maximum potential.

• Performance Reporting: Track KPIs and provide data-driven insights to refine the growth strategy and partnership opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Technical & Creative Mastery

• Proven Experience: Significant experience managing personal brands or influencers with a portfolio showcasing high-growth results.

• Production Suite: Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools for content automation.

• Video & Photography: Strong skills in mobile/professional photography and advanced video editing.

• Paid Growth: Understanding of growth strategies and basic knowledge of social media paid ads.

Core Competencies

• Storytelling: Ability to weave a consistent narrative across disjointed social media posts.

• Independence: Highly organized and able to hit deadlines with minimal supervision while working 3 times a week.
