We are seeking an innovative Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist to drive our brand’s online presence. Requirements:
1. Full-Funnel Campaign Execution
Multi-Platform Management: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and Email marketing platforms.
Content Engineering: Create compelling multimedia content (graphics, copy, and short-form video) designed to attract and retain a specific target audience.
Website Optimization: Manage and optimize website content to enhance user experience (UX) and improve organic search traffic.
2. Performance Analytics & Strategy
Data-Driven Insights: Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies in real-time to maximize ROI.
Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing research to identify emerging digital trends, competitor tactics, and new growth opportunities.
SEO & PPC: Assist in implementing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategies to drive high-intent traffic to our platforms.
3. Sales & Marketing Alignment
Lead Generation: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing initiatives directly support monthly sales targets and lead-quality requirements.
Creative Innovation: Bring fresh, "out-of-the-box" ideas to the marketing team to help elevate the brand’s presence in a crowded digital landscape.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: Ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
Technical Foundation: A strong understanding of digital marketing principles (CPM, CPC, CTR, and Conversion Rates).
Desired Skills & Competencies
Design & CMS: Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) and Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).
Analytical Mindset: Ability to read data dashboards and translate numbers into "the next best action."
