Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to serve as the visual architect of our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-impact visual assets that drive engagement across digital and print channels. From high-conversion social media ads to polished, print-ready materials for global expos, you will ensure our brand remains consistent, professional, and visually compelling. You will act as a strategic partner to our marketing and sales teams, translating complex briefs into aesthetic realities that resonate with our audience and support our commercial goals.
Requirements:
1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Creatives
Dynamic Assets: Design high-performance social media creatives, ad banners, and email visuals that align with campaign objectives.
Web & eCommerce Support: Create landing page graphics and section visuals for WordPress/Shopify, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Digital Storytelling: Develop campaign toolkits that enable consistent brand messaging across diverse digital touchpoints.
2. Sales, Partner & Print Collateral
Collateral Design: Produce high-quality one-pagers, brochures, flyers, and sales presentations that empower our business development teams.
Pre-Press Mastery: Prepare sophisticated, print-ready materials for events and expos (roll-ups, signage, banners), ensuring perfect execution of bleeds, crop marks, and color profiles.
Branded Templates: Develop reusable templates to streamline the production of routine marketing materials without compromising brand integrity.
3. Brand Governance & Asset Management
Visual Consistency: Rigorously maintain brand standards across all outputs, including typography, layout logic, and logo usage.
Asset Organization: Manage the centralized design library and version control systems to ensure internal stakeholders have access to the latest approved assets.
Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to brainstorm concepts and provide creative solutions that meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven Tenure: 3 – 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
Technical Mastery
Adobe Creative Suite: Expert proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Modern Design Tools: Strong working knowledge of Figma for collaborative asset management and UI/UX templates.
Production Knowledge: Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and technical export standards for both web (RGB/PPI) and print (CMYK/DPI).
Nice to Have
Motion Design: Ability to create simple animations or motion graphics for high-engagement social ads.
Web Integration: Experience working alongside developers to implement assets into eCommerce platforms.
