Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to serve as the voice and digital architect of our brand. In this on-site, full-time role, you will be responsible for transforming our digital channels into lead-generation engines. You will manage the end-to-end process—from crafting viral social media content and managing a vibrant online community to optimizing our website for search and coordinating with our team of Realtors. The ideal candidate is a blend of a creative storyteller and a data-driven strategist who understands how to capture attention in a crowded digital landscape.
Requirements:
1. Multi-Platform Content & Strategy
Strategic Execution: Develop and deploy a social media roadmap that aligns with quarterly sales targets.
Content Production: Design, edit, and post high-quality content (reels, graphics, and long-form posts) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Brand Integrity: Maintain a consistent "Premium & Professional" brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
2. Community Management & Partner Collaboration
Active Engagement: Monitor and respond to inquiries within [X] minutes, fostering a professional and responsive brand image.
Relationship Management: Act as the digital bridge between our brand and our network of Realtors, providing them with content and support for co-branding initiatives.
Reputation Management: Proactively handle complaints and turn customer inquiries into consultation opportunities.
3. Performance Marketing & SEO
Search Optimization: Implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic and paid traffic to our web platforms.
Lead Generation: Manage digital advertising tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
Analytics: Track and report on key metrics (Reach, Engagement, CPL) to refine marketing spend and strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Background
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
Experience: Proven track record in a Digital Marketing role, preferably within Real Estate or high-value sales.
Work Mode: This is a full-time, on-site position.
Technical Competencies
Content Suite: Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite for basic graphic and video editing.
Platform Mastery: Expert knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Tools, and LinkedIn Analytics.
Strategic Tools: Familiarity with SEO best practices, SEM tools, and CRM/Marketing Automation software.
