Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performance Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to drive brand growth and revenue. This hybrid role is designed for a strategic "growth hacker" who can not only manage complex digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google but also step into the front lines to interface with clients and close sales. You will own the entire customer journey—from the first touchpoint of a Facebook Ad to the final follow-up meeting where a deal is signed. The ideal candidate possesses the analytical mind of a marketer and the persuasive heart of a salesperson.
Requirements:
1. Digital Strategy & Performance Advertising
Omnichannel Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Email to drive high-quality traffic and sales leads.
Campaign Optimization: Monitor and tune ad spend, targeting, and creative assets based on real-time analytics to ensure maximum ROI and lead quality.
Content Architecture: Create and curate compelling content that maintains brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, including the website and social channels.
2. Sales Interfacing & Lead Conversion
Direct Engagement: Manage both inbound and outbound inquiries via calls and emails, serving as the first point of contact for potential customers.
Relationship Management: Set up and lead follow-up meetings with high-intent leads to nurture them through the sales process and finalize transactions.
Collaborative Growth: Work closely with the Creative and Product teams to ensure that marketing messages align with sales goals and customer feedback.
3. Market Analysis & Digital Governance
Website Stewardship: Oversee website management, focusing on SEO optimization, UX (User Experience) enhancements, and content updates.
Competitive Intelligence: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and maintain our competitive edge.
Vendor Management: Liaison with external agencies and partners as needed to scale digital initiatives and ensure delivery excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Experience
Tenure: 2 years of cognate experience with a proven track record of managing successful digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, Instagram).
Technical Breadth: In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and e-commerce consumer behavior.
Analytical Prowess: Ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to pivot strategies.
Core Competencies
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; ability to create "scroll-stopping" content and conduct persuasive sales pitches.
Project Management: Skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
