Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to architect and manage our online marketing ecosystem. In this role, you will be the digital voice of our brand, responsible for increasing visibility, driving high-intent website traffic, and generating quality leads for our sales team. You will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and analytical performance, ensuring that our property listings and brand message resonate across all digital touchpoints. If you can turn a property viewing into a viral story and a "Like" into a lead, we want you on our team.
Requirements:
1. Multi-Channel Content Strategy
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media roadmap aligned with aggressive lead-generation goals.
Content Production: Create and schedule high-quality, platform-specific content (Video, Graphics, Stories) for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Brand Authority: Maintain a premium and consistent brand voice, ensuring our property portfolio is presented with the highest visual standards.
2. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
SEO & SEM Excellence: Optimize our digital presence for search engines to ensure we are the first choice for property seekers.
Paid Advertising: Manage digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive targeted traffic to landing pages.
Data-Driven Optimization: Use analytical tools to track conversion rates and pivot strategies based on what the data reveals about audience behavior.
3. Community Management & Realtor Collaboration
Engagement & Trust: Act as the first point of contact for followers, addressing inquiries and handling complaints with professional tact.
Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with our Realtors and sales staff to create content that highlights their expertise and drives property closings.
Influencer Coordination: (Preferred) Identify and manage relationships with influencers or affiliates to expand our reach in the luxury and investment space.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Tenure: Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, specifically with a track record of managing corporate social media accounts.
Full-Time Commitment: This is an on-site role requiring daily collaboration with our creative and sales teams.
Technical & Preferred Skills
Content Tools: Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Premiere).
Ad Tech: Strong knowledge of Social Media management tools and digital advertising platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to tell compelling stories about physical spaces.
Bonus: Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation to track the lifecycle of a real estate lead.
