About Company:
The StartUp Resources is an IT servicing company who specialise in building and training people for the technology industry.
Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary Strategic Narrative & Impact Lead to join our organization. We don't just want someone to document events; we need a master storyteller to uncover and articulate the "soul" of our operations. Your mission is to capture the friction of our processes, the momentum of our growth, and the uncompromising nature of our excellence.
In this role, you will act as an internal journalist and external brand poet. You will sit with engineers, operators, and leaders to extract the "why" behind what we do, transforming complex organizational milestones into human-centric narratives that inspire our team and captivate our stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Process & Operational Storytelling
The "How" Narrative: Deep-dive into our internal workflows to find the stories of innovation and problem-solving. You will make our technical "excellence" felt through narrative, not just charts.
Process Transparency: Humanize our standard operating procedures (SOPs) by highlighting the people and the passion behind the precision.
Knowledge Archeology: Dig through project archives to tell the stories of how our most successful products or services were built from the ground up.
2. Growth & Momentum Documentation
Milestone Mapping: Craft compelling stories around our expansion—not just reporting numbers, but telling the story of the barriers we broke to get there.
Cultural Anthropolgy: Capture the evolution of our company culture as we scale, ensuring our founding values remain the protagonist of our story.
Case Study Excellence: Transform client successes and internal wins into "Impact Stories" that serve as high-value assets for marketing and internal pride.
3. Multi-Channel Narrative Execution
Content Orchestration: Translate your stories into various formats, including executive speeches, long-form articles, short-form social media "micro-stories," and video scripts.
Internal Affinity: Drive employee engagement by telling the "Unsung Hero" stories of the individuals who drive our excellence daily.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure that every story told aligns with the organization’s long-term vision and strengthens our brand equity.
Qualifications and Skills:
The Storyteller's Toolkit
The Hunter: You are a natural interviewer who knows how to ask the right questions to get people to share their best insights.
The Architect: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Literature, or Marketing, with 3–5 years of experience in narrative-driven roles.
The Creator: You possess elite writing skills and a keen eye for visual storytelling (video, photography, or graphic design integration).
Core Competencies
Emotional Intelligence: The ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization to extract authentic stories.
Strategic Clarity: The ability to see the "Big Picture" and ensure individual stories roll up into a larger, cohesive organizational brand.
Intellectual Curiosity: A genuine interest in learning our business processes so you can speak about them with authority and wonder.
