Requirements:
1. Multi-Channel Visual Storytelling
Digital Excellence: Create stunning visuals for social media, digital advertising, and websites that adhere to the high "Wildreams" standard.
Campaign Innovation: Collaborate with strategy and content teams to brainstorm and execute 360-degree campaigns that resonate with modern audiences.
Presentation Design: Craft high-level pitch decks and presentations that help our client teams win and retain business.
2. Brand Stewardship & Consistency
Identity Management: Maintain and elevate brand consistency across every touchpoint, ensuring our clients' visual identities remain distinct and recognizable.
Trend Leadership: Proactively research and experiment with emerging design trends (AI tools, typography shifts, UX/UI patterns) to keep our output fresh.
Strategic Content: Design content that isn't just aesthetic but is optimized for conversion, engagement, and user experience.
3. Collaboration & Technical Mastery
Cross-Functional Synergy: Work as a creative partner to the strategy and client teams, bridging the gap between business objectives and visual execution.
Motion & Dynamic Assets: (Bonus) Bring designs to life through motion graphics, basic video editing, and animation to dominate video-first platforms.
Independent Execution: Own your projects from brief to final export, managing timelines and technical specifications with precision.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing versatility in digital design, layout, and brand identity.
Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
Experience: Previous experience in an agency or client-facing environment is a massive plus.
