Job Description:

Phase3 Telecom is seeking a disciplined and high-caliber Graphic Designer to join our Corporate Communications team. This is a purely execution-focused role designed for a professional who excels at transforming strategic briefs into polished, high-impact visual assets.

In this position, you will be the guardian of the Phase3 visual identity. You will be responsible for the technical execution of designs across digital and print platforms—from intricate corporate reports and investor presentations to large-scale marketing campaigns. If you have 3 to 5 years of experience in a corporate design environment and a mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, your craft will play a critical role in how our brand is perceived globally.

Requirements:

1. Brand Governance & Visual Alignment

• Identity Stewardship: Ensure every design output—whether a social media tile or a 50-page report—perfectly aligns with Phase3 Telecom’s brand identity, corporate standards, and tone.

• Consistency Management: Maintain a rigorous level of visual consistency across diverse platforms, ensuring that layouts, color palettes, and typography remain uniform.

• Compliance Execution: Strictly execute tasks based on approved briefs from the Head of Corporate Communications, ensuring all creative work serves the broader business objective.

2. Technical Execution & Asset Production

• Digital & Print Mastery: Design engaging materials for web, social media, internal communications, and physical print, adapting layouts for various dimensions and technical requirements.

• Content Transformation: Convert complex written content and data into clear, engaging visual designs using advanced principles of visual hierarchy and information design.

• Production Readiness: Review all designs for accuracy and clarity, preparing final files for digital publication or high-quality print production with zero technical errors.

3. Collaborative Workflow & Asset Management

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with writers, communications officers, and multimedia producers to ensure design assets complement the narrative and technical needs of the project.

• Iterative Refinement: Accurately implement feedback from stakeholders within agreed timelines, demonstrating agility without sacrificing quality.

• Digital Asset Management: Organize and maintain a structured library of design files, stock assets, and brand templates to ensure efficient retrieval and team accessibility.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related discipline.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.

• Portfolio: A strong professional portfolio demonstrating a balance of digital-first assets and high-end print design.

Technical Skills

• Adobe Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of grid systems, typography, color theory, and the mechanics of visual communication.

• Attention to Detail: An uncompromising eye for alignment, kerning, and color accuracy.
