Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Social Media Manager to serve as the voice, personality, and digital architect of our brand. This role is designed for a storyteller who understands the "social" in social media—someone who can blend high-level strategy with the technical nuances of SEO, paid advertising, and community management.
You will be responsible for expanding our digital footprint across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X, ensuring that every post drives traffic, increases affinity, and converts followers into loyal customers. If you have 3+ years of experience leading brand initiatives, a "viral" creative instinct, and the analytical grit to track every click, we want you to own our presence.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Growth & Campaign Architecture
Strategy Design: Develop and implement 360-degree social media strategies that align with broader business goals and marketing cycles.
Paid Social & Advertising: Manage budgets and execute paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to accelerate audience acquisition and lead generation.
SEO Integration: Collaborate with content teams to integrate keyword research and SEO best practices into social captions and web traffic strategies.
2. Content Engineering & Brand Identity
Creative Production: Generate, edit, and publish high-impact daily content, including original text, photography, and short-form video (Reels/TikToks).
Consistency Governance: Oversee the visual design of all social profiles, ensuring a cohesive brand voice and aesthetic across every platform.
Innovation Scouting: Suggest and implement new features (e.g., AI-driven content, new platform tools) to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor maneuvers.
3. Community Management & Analytics
Engagement Leadership: Act as an extension of the brand by responding to queries, monitoring reviews, and fostering real-time conversations with followers.
Performance Tracking: Utilize Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and social listening tools to monitor traffic, engagement rates, and ROI.
Cross-Team Synergy: Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Design teams to ensure social efforts are data-informed and brand-consistent.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, English, or a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven work experience specifically as a Social Media Manager.
Technical Mastery: Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
Core Competencies
Copywriting Excellence: Exceptional ability to craft compelling narratives and short-form copy that drives action.
Multimedia Skills: Hands-on ability to deliver creative content, including basic graphic design and video editing.
