Job Description:
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Social Media & Content Strategy Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This isn't a role for "generic" social media posting; it is a position for a Content Architect who can take complex HR, business, and workplace research and package it into "smart," high-credibility digital assets.
Your mission is to move our pages beyond the surface level, creating Canva-driven carousels and explainers that establish us as an authority in the workplace. If you have a passion for professional storytelling, an eye for clean design, and the discipline to manage a remote, performance-driven workflow, this is your platform to grow.
Requirements:
1. Content Architecture & Visual Packaging
Insight Transformation: Turn dense HR whitepapers, workplace trends, and business insights into clear, engaging, and "save-worthy" content.
Canva Mastery: Design high-end carousels, infographics, and "insight posts" that adhere to a sophisticated and professional aesthetic.
Campaign Support: Execute targeted campaigns designed to build institutional credibility and attract high-value client interest.
2. Strategic Planning & Performance Governance
Weekly Editorial Planning: Develop and execute a consistent weekly content calendar that ensures a steady pulse of high-quality posts.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key growth metrics—specifically Reach, Saves, and Follower Growth—to ensure we are reaching the right audience.
Continuous Improvement: Submit a concise weekly update analyzing "what worked vs. what didn't," with data-backed suggestions for the following week.
3. Brand Voice & Research Integration
Niche Authority: Maintain a deep interest in HR, organizational behavior, and business research to ensure content reflects depth and expertise.
Attention to Detail: Ensure 100% accuracy in grammar, branding, and factual data within every post.
Autonomous Execution: Work efficiently in a fully remote setting, meeting deadlines with minimal follow-up required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: OND, HND, or equivalent practical experience in Communications, Marketing, or Business.
Experience: 1+ year of managing social media for a professional/corporate brand or an industry-focused page.
Design Skills: Advanced proficiency in Canva, with a strong portfolio showing clean, professional layouts.
Core Competencies
Strategic Writing: Ability to simplify complex ideas without losing their intellectual value.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using platform data to drive creative decisions.
Self-Starter: Highly organized with a working style that prioritizes quality and consistency over volume.
