Job Description:
The Social Media Manager drives digital community growth and brand visibility. This role requires an independent, highly proactive creator who can plan, shoot, and manage multi-platform content schedules without constant supervision.
The successful candidate takes complete ownership of our public digital touchpoints transforming lifestyle trends into engaging short-form videos, maintaining daily posting consistency, and managing active customer communities to build long-term brand loyalty.
Requirements:
A. Content Engineering & Multi-Platform Publishing
Develop, schedule, and execute a cohesive weekly content calendar tailored to our target consumer audience.
Publish high-quality daily updates, aesthetic product showcases, and interactive stories across X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
Maintain absolute consistency in visual style, brand tone, and publishing deadlines across all handles.
B. Short-Form Video Production & Creative Writing
Script, film, and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, and Shorts) focused on lifestyle aesthetics.
Record clear, professional voiceovers and match video sequences using modern editing apps.
Write catchy captions, direct-response copy, and platform-specific hashtags to increase organic reach.
C. Community Management & Audience Engagement
Actively monitor social media pages, responding to incoming direct messages (DMs), comments, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Cultivate an active digital community by starting conversations, running polls, and encouraging user-generated content.
D. Performance Analytics & Strategy Iteration
Track weekly reach, engagement rates, follower growth, and click-through metrics using native platform analytics.
Compile and submit structured weekly performance reports to management, offering clear, data-backed ideas to optimize the next week's content.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience Parameters
Longevity: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of verifiable experience directly managing social media portfolios for corporate brands.
Industry Footprint: Past experience working within the lifestyle, fashion, beauty, wellness, or consumer goods industry is highly valued.
Content Portfolio: A proven portfolio showing hands-on video editing, visual storytelling, and live page growth is required.
Technical Skills & Competencies
Video & Design Tool Stack: Strong basic proficiency utilizing mobile and desktop editing applications—specifically CapCut (or similar video editors) and Canva for template design.
Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of current social media algorithms, trending audio tracks, and audience growth mechanics across TikTok, Instagram, and X.
Communication Core: Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, with absolute attention to detail in grammar, spelling, and design layouts.
