Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptionally creative, detail-obsessed, and systems-thinking Brand & Creative Designer to join our team in Abuja. Taking absolute operational ownership of our visual identity engine, you will bridge the gap between heavy technical data sectors and high-converting commercial design.
This position demands a true multidisciplinary creative someone who can establish strict brand guidelines with typographic and grid precision, design polished corporate pitch decks, and independently script, shoot, and edit high-retention video content and motion graphics. Operating under tight corporate service-level agreements (SLAs), you will ensure that every social graphic, product explainer, and corporate proposal maintains an elite, unified brand voice.
Requirements:
1. Brand Governance & Visual Systems Architecture
Guideline Mastery & Scaling: Deeply internalize, update, and manage the organization’s corporate brand guidelines—establishing ironclad rules for typography, color hierarchies, grid spacing, and overall visual tone.
Consistency Oversight: Serve as the ultimate brand gatekeeper, auditing internal and external design outputs to ensure absolute consistency across all business touchpoints.
2. Multidisciplinary Graphic Design & Layout Engineering
Digital Asset Production: Ideate, construct, and deliver high-converting digital design assets—including social media graphics, corporate website visuals, email newsletters headers, and targeted performance ad creatives.
Corporate Print & Document Layouts: Take charge of the visual structure and formatting of high-stakes corporate materials—transforming dense technical data into polished investor pitch decks, sales proposals, official one-pagers, and operational data sheets.
3. End-to-End Video Production & Motion Graphics
Video Content Creation: Independently write, storyboard, film, and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content—including social media reels, corporate event highlights, and product walk-throughs.
Animation & Explainer Engineering: Design and develop custom motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animated explainer videos that simplify our B2B tech, data mapping, and geospatial product offerings for non-technical clients.
4. Basic UI/UX Collaboration
Low-to-Mid Fidelity Prototyping: Partner with the product engineering unit to support foundational UI/UX tasks—mapping user flows, designing wireframes, and building low-to-mid fidelity interface layouts for web and mobile platforms.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience & Sector Footprint
Domain Longevity: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive, verifiable experience operating as a multi-skilled Brand Designer, Creative Lead, or Visual Content Producer.
Sector Alignment: Direct experience or a strong comfort level working within B2B Tech, Data Analytics, Fintech, SaaS, Mapping, Infrastructure, or Geospatial sectors is highly preferred.
Technical Competencies & Tool Stack
Adobe Creative Suite Mastery: Elite operational proficiency in industry-standard design tools—specifically Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro / After Effects (or high-tier equivalents like Figma and DaVinci Resolve).
Document Layout Tools: Strong capability in designing highly polished, fully editable presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva for enterprise execution.
UI/UX Tool Stack: Foundational experience navigating Figma or Adobe XD to collaborate with software development teams on user interface designs.

SLA Speed & Agility: Demonstrated resilience and organization required to thrive in a fast-paced corporate landscape, consistently delivering pixel-perfect designs and edited video assets within a standard 2-to-3-day SLA turnaround window.
The Storyteller Mindset: Strong copy-editing instincts and the capacity to take a raw technical feature and turn it into a clean visual narrative without requiring exhaustive hand-holding.
Portfolio Imperative: Must possess a diverse, clickable digital portfolio that explicitly demonstrates clean brand identity systems, corporate document layout design, and at least one core video or motion-graphics project.
