Job Description:

We are seeking an analytically sharp, highly imaginative, and trend-conscious Content Creator & Social Media Manager to serve as the lead architect of our digital footprint. In this dual-engine role, you will take full operational ownership of our brand’s online narrative—bridging the gap between aesthetic, multi-format content production and data-driven community growth.

This position is built for a digital native who treats social media as a dynamic storytelling canvas rather than a passive broadcast channel. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and publishing compelling short-form videos, high-impact graphics, and persuasive copywriting across our entire digital ecosystem transforming raw impressions into active brand advocates and measurable audience engagement.

Requirements:

1. Content Architecture & Narrative Copywriting

  • Multi-Format Creation: Brainstorm, script, shoot, and produce native, original multimedia assets—including short-form vertical videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), scroll-stopping graphics, and interactive carousel slide decks.

  • Storytelling & Copywriting: Write highly engaging, platform-specific long-form and short-form copy (captions, headlines, tweets, and newsletter briefs) that captures a distinct, recognizable brand voice and drives user action.

  • Brand Identity Synchronization: Collaborate closely with internal design, product, and marketing teams to ensure all creative assets perfectly align with core brand guidelines, color palettes, and long-term corporate messaging.

2. Strategic Channel Operations & Growth

  • Cross-Platform Campaigning: Design, launch, and optimize targeted organic social media campaigns customized for the distinct algorithms of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.

  • Trend Capture & Iteration: Maintain daily vigilance over emerging internet subcultures, trending audio tracks, platform feature updates, and viral formats, translating them into rapid, on-brand content deployments.

  • Community Management: Oversee day-to-day community operations—monitoring incoming mentions, responding to comments/DMs promptly, and fostering genuine, active conversations to boost organic reach.

3. Analytics Governance & Performance Optimization

  • Data-Driven Auditing: Track, evaluate, and synthesize vital weekly and monthly social performance metrics—including reach profiles, viewer retention curves, conversion percentages, and engagement velocity.

  • Strategy Calibration: Translate raw analytics data into clear, actionable optimization reports for management, iteratively adjusting our posting frequencies, thumbnail designs, and content pillars to maximize ROI.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience Parameters

  • Academic Background: Degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Arts, English, Creative Writing, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience with a proven digital track record will be heavily prioritized.

  • Track Record: Proven, verifiable experience operating directly as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or Digital Copywriter. You must possess a high-quality portfolio demonstrating real-world content execution (videos, captions, designs) from concept to live publication.

Technical Competencies & Tool Stack

  • Native Platform Literacy: Deep, functional mastery of the inner mechanics, algorithmic triggers, and audience behaviors across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.

  • Advanced Content Toolkit (Bonus Edge): Hands-on proficiency with visual design and video editing workbenches—such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, CapCut Desktop, or Photoshop—to independently execute rapid, high-tier production turnarounds.

  • Analytics Competency: Practical knowledge of platform-native analytics suites (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Page Insights) and external social scheduling tools.
