Job Description:

We are seeking a highly versatile, technically elite, and imaginative Creative Designer / Video Editor to join our expanding corporate marketing and communications team. In this hybrid role, you will be the visual architect of SFL’s brand identity across all physical and digital touchpoints. You will be responsible for translating sophisticated financial products into clean, high-impact graphic assets, while simultaneously engineering compelling, broadcast-ready video content (explainer videos, social campaigns, corporate reels) that captures the market's imagination.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between structured corporate branding and high-yield, trend-conscious digital multimedia production.

Requirements:

1. Corporate Graphic Design & Brand Identity

• Collateral Engineering: Conceptualize and design high-definition visual assets for both digital ecosystems and premium print layout executions, including social media carousels, web components, corporate brochures, investor pitch decks, and annual financial reports.

• Brand Guardianship: Rigorously develop, deploy, and safeguard SFL’s visual brand guidelines, ensuring absolute aesthetic consistency across typography, color palettes, and imagery layout styles.

• Cross-Functional Sync: Partner closely with internal marketing and corporate communication leads to break down strategic briefs into high-converting visual concepts.

2. Advanced Video Production & Motion Editing

• Post-Production Architecture: Edit, cut, color-grade, and assemble high-quality video content tailored for targeted multi-platform marketing campaigns, corporate milestone announcements, and educational animations.

• Multimedia Sourcing: Source, license, and seamlessly integrate premium sound designs, voiceovers, kinetic typography, and B-roll footage to elevate overall video production values.

• Asset Management: Catalog, maintain, and securely back up raw footage, active project project files, vector files, and external high-performance editing hardware.

3. Creative Direction & Field Support

• Trend Analysis: Actively research, map, and adopt emerging multimedia design frameworks, financial marketing trends, and platform-specific formatting rules (e.g., Reels vs. LinkedIn native video).

• On-Site Production Support: Assist with the setup, lighting coordination, and camera operations for corporate photography sessions, client testimonial recordings, and executive interviews.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

• Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, Mass Communications, or a related quantitative creative field is preferred.

• Track Record: Minimum of three (3) years of active, verifiable experience operating in a joint graphic design and professional video editing capacity, ideally within a corporate marketing team, creative agency, or financial services firm.

• Portfolio Imperative: A strong, highly polished creative portfolio demonstrating diverse corporate design systems, clean typography layouts, smooth motion graphics timing, and advanced narrative video editing cuts.
