Job Description:
We are seeking an analytically rigorous, highly empathetic, and strategically minded Brand & Social Media Manager to spearhead our digital marketing engine and safeguard our institutional reputation. In this role, you will be the chief architect of CornerStone's public narrative across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. You will manage our multi-channel strategy, write deeply compelling copy, run performance-driven paid ad campaigns, and translate clinical successes into human-centric stories.
The ideal candidate bridges the gap between high-level brand strategy and granular digital execution. You will hold direct accountability for community growth, lead generation cost-efficiencies, and the strategic direction of our creative production pipeline—serving as the direct manager and creative bridge to our internal AI Visual Producer.
Requirements:
1. Brand Stewardship & Narrative Copywriting
Identity Guardianship: Master, deploy, and safeguard CornerStone’s brand voice, tone guidelines, and market positioning across all digital touchpoints and corporate publications.
Omnichannel Copywriting: Write, edit, and publish high-impact long-form and short-form copy, including social media captions, informative blog posts, website copy, medical scripts, external press releases, and monthly email newsletters.
Ethical Patient Storytelling: Interview patients and coordinate with the Rehabilitation Sciences team to extract moving, human-interest stories, documenting them with absolute clinical accuracy, full regulatory consent, and deep human dignity.
2. Strategic Content Architecture & Community Operations
Growth Strategy: Develop and execute an integrated social media and digital marketing blueprint, setting strict quarterly acquisition goals and facilitating monthly strategy review cycles.
Balanced Content Curation: Design and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that systematically balances clinical education, real-life client milestones, behind-the-scenes engineering craftsmanship, and corporate announcements.
Community Management: Manage day-to-day engagement across all social ecosystems, monitoring incoming mentions, scheduling distributions, and fostering proactive community conversations.
3. Performance Marketing & Email Operations
Paid Campaign Architecture: Plan, deploy, and optimize high-converting paid social campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, maintaining strict accountability for Cost Per Lead (CPL), conversion rates, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Email Funnel Management: Oversee our email and newsletter program end-to-end, driving subscriber list growth, audience segmentation, layout design, and campaign broadcast scheduling.
4. Team Leadership, Briefing & Executive Reporting
Creative Directorship: Translate your strategic marketing goals into clear, actionable creative briefs for our internal AI Visual Producer. Review and audit all incoming video, motion design, and graphic assets prior to public distribution.
Data-Driven Reporting: Track, analyze, and synthesize channel performance, audience growth metrics, and campaign conversion statistics, presenting formal monthly analytical updates directly to the Managing Director.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Core Experience
Degree: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc / BA) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Mass Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
Track Record: 3 to 8 years of focused, progressive experience operating within social media management, brand management, or digital marketing. Strong, publishable copywriting must be a demonstrated foundation of your career history.
Technical Competencies & Tool Stack
Paid Advertising Fluency: Practical, hands-on experience setting up, pixel-tracking, and optimizing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager proficiency is a non-negotiable baseline).
Automation & Email Platforms: Working knowledge of modern email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo, ConvertKit, or MailerLite) alongside social scheduling and analytics workbenches (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Aesthetic Judgment: Elite visual instinct and design literacy. Must be highly capable of providing sharp, constructive design feedback to the production team without needing to produce the assets yourself.
