Job Description:

  • We are seeking a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and support business growth through effective online engagement.
  • The ideal candidate willbe responsible formanaging the company’s social media platforms, developing high-quality multimedia content, executing paid campaigns, and implementing digital strategies that drive brand awareness, and audience engagement
  • This role requires a strong understanding of content marketing, digital advertising, analytics, and customer engagement across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilties
Social Media Management:

  • Manage and oversee all company social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute a structured content calendar aligned with businessobjectivesand marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent posting schedules to improve brand visibility, audience engagement, and community growth.
  • Monitor social media interactions and respond to comments, direct messages, inquiries, and online reviews professionally and promptly.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital opportunities.

Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Develop and execute engaging digital content strategies tailored to target audiences across various platforms.
  • Create compelling multimedia content including graphics, short-form videos, captions, and promotional materials.
  • Produce and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand identity, marketingobjectives, and campaign goals.
  • Curate relevant industry-related content to maintain audience engagement and thought leadership positioning.

Digital Marketing&Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, audience engagement, and online visibility.
  • Manage andoptimizepaid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, product/service awareness initiatives, and online activations.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics including reach, engagement, impressions, click-through rates, and audience growth.

Analytics & Performance Optimization:

  • Track, analyze, and interpret social media and digital marketing performance data.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports with insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities.
  • Optimize content strategies, paid campaigns, and audience targeting using data-driven insights.
  • Conduct competitors and market analysis toidentifytrends and opportunities for brand positioning.

Collaboration & Brand Growth:

  • Work closely with the Graphics Designer, Project Manager, and other internal stakeholders to execute cohesive marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute creative ideas that improve online visibility, customer engagement, and community growth.
  • Identify innovative digital opportunities to expand audience reach and improve brand performance.
  • Support the execution of promotional campaigns, launches, and brand activations whererequired.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management tools, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content/video editing tools.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing lead generation campaigns and conversion funnels.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and implement performance improvements.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with e-commerce or service-based brands is an added advantage.
