Job Description:

This is not a basic virtual assistant job. We are seeking a highly autonomous, systems-thinking, and tech-fluent AI Operations & Content Production Specialist to run our AI-powered video and web production pipeline.

In this high-responsibility startup role, you will manage workflows for multiple clients simultaneously, testing creative angles and driving bulk content strategies from concept to final polish. You will work from the ground up, with the explicit trajectory to scale alongside the company and transition into a senior Operations Leadership role.

Requirements:

1. High-Volume Video Ad Production & Automation

• Mass Video Scale: Build, optimize, and execute a high-volume production pipeline to generate short-form vertical video ads for clients and internal agency projects, targeting a long-term output goal of 100+ high-quality video ads per week.

• AI Asset Synthesis: Utilize advanced AI creation modules to generate scripts, synthetic voiceovers, and premium image/video layers in structured batches.

• Creative Matrix Testing: Rapidly iterate and split-test distinct hooks, narrative formats, Call-to-Actions (CTAs), and dynamic creative angles to maximize client lead generation.

• Post-Production Polish: Execute fast, clean editing cuts, adding engaging captions, precise timing adjustments, visual transitions, and flawless lip-syncing using modern editing workbenches (e.g., CapCut).

2. Conversion Architecture & Web Maintenance

• Landing Page Engineering: Assemble, deploy, and iterate simple, high-converting landing pages or single-page websites using AI-assisted wireframe and design web tools.

• WordPress Administration: Execute rapid content modifications, pricing layout revisions, offer updates, and structural page edits across corporate and client WordPress ecosystems.

• UI/UX Optimization: Ensure all deployed web portals remain cleanly formatted, visually organized, mobile-responsive, and single-mindedly focused on customer lead capture.

3. Systems Research, Documentation & SOP Architecture

• AI Tool Scouting: Continuously research, stress-test, and integrate emerging AI tools (spanning text, video, voice, and web generation) to perpetually slash production turnaround times.

• Data Hygiene & Infrastructure: Establish and maintain immaculate Google Drive directory architectures, sorting scripts, master prompts, raw image assets, and finalized exports systematically by client and campaign.

• SOP Codification: Document highly repeatable creative processes, drafting step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to facilitate seamless future team scaling.

4. Omnichannel Social Media Execution

• Calendar Management: Curate and organize group-wide content calendars, ensuring a steady stream of optimized assets across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Brand Amplification: Review, humanize, and polish AI-generated copy, scheduling and publishing posts to consistently expand Uniek Solutions’ global online presence.

Technical Matrix

• AI Tool Fluency: You are a daily active user of advanced LLMs and creative generative suites (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, RunWay, ElevenLabs).

• Video Editing Background: Direct practical experience editing short-form multimedia using CapCut or equivalent timeline-based editing platforms.

• Communications Architecture: Access to a highly reliable computer, high-speed uninterruptible internet setup, and absolute fluency in written and spoken English. Comfortable maintaining rapid operational comms via Telegram, WhatsApp, and Gmail.
