Job Description:
We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Field Sales Representative to drive our market presence and expand our customer base. In this role, you will be the face of the brand in the field, responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from identifying new prospects and managing a dedicated territory to closing high-value deals and nurturing long-term client relationships. Requirements:
1. Territory Management & Customer Acquisition
Strategic Prospecting: Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Territory Planning: Develop and execute a structured route plan to maximize field time and ensure consistent coverage of all key accounts.
Relationship Stewardship: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with retail outlets, pharmacies, or veterinary clinics to ensure brand loyalty.
2. Sales Execution & Negotiation
Deal Closure: Utilize advanced persuasion and negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure sales orders in line with monthly targets.
Product Advocacy: Deliver confident and persuasive product presentations that highlight the value proposition and competitive advantages of our portfolio.
Independent Operations: Manage daily fieldwork independently, ensuring high levels of productivity while working seamlessly with the broader sales team.
3. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and pricing shifts, providing actionable feedback to management.
Data-Driven Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on field activities, customer feedback, and target achievement.
Logistics & Mobility: Execute frequent travel within the assigned territory; you must be a competent driver with a valid driver’s license.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience & Education
Proven Tenure: Experience in field sales, marketing, or a related role with a verifiable track record of success.
Industry Edge: Prior experience in Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Veterinary products, or Retail is highly advantageous.
Core Skills: Mastery of territory management, customer acquisition, and target achievement.
