Job Description:
Sabaplus Group is seeking smart, persuasive, and result-driven Sales Executives and Marketers to join our dynamic real estate and investment team. This is not just a sales role; it is an opportunity to be a wealth consultant for our clients. You will be responsible for navigating the entire sales cycle—from aggressive lead generation and high-stakes negotiations to closing deals that expand our market footprint. If you are a self-starter who can work under minimal supervision and has a hunger for hitting ambitious targets, we want you to help us dominate the real estate sector.
Requirements:
1. Lead Generation & Conversion
Prospecting: Actively identify and reach out to potential investors and homeowners through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
Conversion Mastery: Expertly guide prospects through the sales funnel, turning initial interest into confirmed, paying clients.
Site Inspections: Lead professional site inspections, using your knowledge of the property’s value to close deals on the spot.
2. Relationship Management & Promotion
Client Retention: Build and maintain a robust database of clients, ensuring long-term loyalty and referral opportunities.
Product Advocacy: Present and promote Sabaplus Group’s real estate and investment products with confidence and deep product knowledge.
Marketing Campaigns: Participate in physical and digital marketing activations to increase brand visibility across target locations.
3. Reporting & Strategy
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Sales Analytics: Prepare and submit detailed sales reports to management, outlining lead sources, conversion rates, and market feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience & Skills
Proven Tenure: Experience in sales or marketing is required.
Niche Advantage: Prior experience in the Real Estate or Investment sector is a major advantage.
Local Insight: A strong understanding of the Port Harcourt real estate market and its unique buyer demographics is a plus.
