Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive, high-octane Sales & Marketing Lead to drive our revenue expansion. This is a results-oriented role designed for a "closer" who can simultaneously manage the top-of-funnel marketing activities that fuel sustainable growth.
In this position, you will own the entire sales cycle—from initial market research and lead generation to high-stakes negotiations and deal closure. You will be responsible for translating our brand value into consistent revenue while ensuring our market presence remains dominant. Requirements:
1. Full-Cycle Sales & Revenue Generation
Deal Closure: Proactively generate leads, conduct pitch presentations, and negotiate terms to close high-value deals.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an active and organized sales funnel, ensuring a high conversion rate from "prospect" to "paying customer."
2. Strategic Marketing & Brand Visibility
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute tactical marketing activities—both physical and digital—to support direct sales efforts.
Market Intelligence: Conduct regular research on market trends and competitor maneuvers to refine our value proposition.
Product Promotion: Develop compelling messaging to attract new customer segments and increase brand recall.
3. Relationship Management & Productivity
Client Stewardship: Build and maintain deep-rooted relationships with existing clients, ensuring high retention and referral rates.
Performance Reporting: Prepare concise sales and marketing reports that provide management with visibility into daily productivity and market feedback.
Daily Agility: Maintain a high level of daily activity, including cold outreach, follow-ups, and field marketing tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven track record in sales or marketing, with a portfolio of met targets.
Communication: Elite negotiation and verbal communication skills; ability to influence decision-makers.
Digital Literacy: Basic knowledge of digital marketing (social media, email marketing, or SEO) is a significant advantage.
