Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to drive B2B sales growth in the Real Estate and Roofing industry.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral and campaigns
- Provide sales forecasts and pipeline reports
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Real Estate or Roofing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and market trends
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
