This is not a traditional sales role; it is a position for a Strategic Relationship Architect. You will be responsible for navigating complex corporate hierarchies, identifying systemic risks for large-scale organizations, and deploying Prudential’s world-class insurance solutions to protect their future. Requirements:
1. Institutional Acquisition & Growth
Targeted Prospecting: Map and pursue high-value corporate clients within Tier-1 industries, utilizing a consultative sales approach to identify unmet insurance needs.
Strategic Execution: Design and lead the execution of aggressive sales strategies to consistently exceed monthly and annual revenue benchmarks.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Prudential at industry conferences and executive networking events, elevating the brand's visibility in the corporate market.
2. Relationship Stewardship & Upselling
Decision-Maker Engagement: Build and sustain deep, long-term alliances with C-suite executives and key decision-makers across our client portfolio.
Revenue Optimization: Ensure 100% retention of corporate accounts through proactive renewal management and strategic upselling of supplementary risk products.
Client Lifecycle Management: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring their evolving needs are matched by Prudential’s product innovation.
3. Operational Excellence & Compliance
Solution Architecture: Collaborate with Underwriting and Claims teams to draft tailored proposals that balance client needs with company profitability and risk appetite.
Regulatory Governance: Ensure all sales cycles and contract negotiations strictly adhere to NAICOM regulations and internal Prudential guidelines.
Precision Reporting: Maintain data integrity by submitting detailed weekly and monthly performance reports to the Branch Head, utilizing insights to pivot strategies where necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Experience
B2B Mastery: Proven track record in corporate sales, business development, or account management (Insurance or Financial Services experience is a strong advantage).
Industry IQ: Deep understanding of the operational risks inherent in the Oil & Gas, Telecoms, and Manufacturing sectors.
Negotiation Skills: Expert-level ability to navigate contract terms and close large-scale, profitable corporate deals.
