Are you a high-energy communicator with a passion for sustainable technology? We are seeking a proactive Direct Sales Officer to lead our grassroots expansion. This isn't just a "door-to-door" sales job; it is a Community Energy Consultancy role. You will be the face of renewable energy in local neighborhoods, helping households and businesses transition to cleaner, more cost-effective power solutions.

Requirements:
1. Grassroots Prospecting & Market Activation
Hyper-Local Outreach: Identify high-potential customers through door-to-door engagement, community social gatherings, and local business networking.
Lead Intelligence: Actively follow up on referrals and community leads, using local trust to drive high conversion rates.
Event Participation: Represent the brand at local activations and community events to increase visibility and generate a fresh pipeline of prospects.
2. Technical Solution Pitching & Closing
Value-Based Presentations: Confidently demonstrate renewable energy products, translating technical specs into clear benefits (e.g., cost savings, 24/7 power reliability).
Consultative Closing: Guide prospects toward informed decisions, negotiate terms where applicable, and consistently hit revenue targets.
Tailored Strategy: Customize your sales pitch to meet the unique economic and energy needs of different neighborhoods.
3. Relationship Stewardship & Insights
Community Advocacy: Establish long-term relationships with community leaders and local groups to create a continuous loop of referrals and repeat business.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing and local energy trends, providing the marketing team with "boots-on-the-ground" feedback.
CRM & Feedback: Ensure total customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining clear records of all community interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
Drive: A genuine interest in sales, customer engagement, and the renewable energy sector.
Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and verbal communication abilities.
